今回は圧送ガンの調整について

限界を知りたくて、まず５０パーセント希釈に挑戦しました

スプレーガン本体の調整を両方全開にして、タンクに最初からついているタンク内圧力計と空気の手元圧を正確に知るために後付けしたエア圧を調整しながら一斗缶で試し吹きして良いところ探っていきます

下の写真は５０パーセント希釈をタンク内圧力0.４kpa,エア圧３kpaに設定してガン距離５ｃｍで1回ぬったものです
50% of lower photographs set dilution in tank internal pressure 0.3kpa, air pressure 3kpa and sewed it with cancer distance 5cm once

自分の予想以上にいい肌で塗れて驚きましたがさすがに塗りずらいです

５０パーセント希釈だと3回塗りで十分な膜厚がつくかもしれません
There may be enough film thicknesses by coating three times by 50% when it is dilution

次の写真は８０パーセント希釈４回塗りです、設定はタンク内圧力0.３kpa,エア圧３kpa
The setting that 80% of next photographs are dilution four times coating is tank internal pressure 0.4kpa, air pressure 3kpa
